Podbean | How to Resolve the Premium Subscriber Fail to Log in Issue

Sometimes, a Premium subscriber might fail to receive Premium account log in information or may have lost the log in information. You can follow the steps hereafter to reinstate the subscriber's account:

1. Go to the "Premium"->"Transaction Log" page, check if there is a transaction log for your subscriber.



2. If the user's paid information shows in the "Transaction Log" page, g
o to the "Premium"->"Paid Subscribers" page, click the "Add New Subscribers" button and add the subscriber. If the subscriber is not in the  "Transaction Log" page, you can check your Stripe to make sure that you've received the money before adding the subscriber in the "Paid Subscribers" page.
